TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFERRAL SERVICES i.e. Hiring Entertainers
By Using the Booze n' Brush website and the Referral Services of Booze n' Brush you are consenting that the person booking and any person or persons in attendance are over the age of 18 YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO US OUR BOOKING SERVICES. By booking entertainers through the Booze n' Brush Website you are taking sole reasonability as the person purchasing this service to be sure everyone is of legal age to partake in any events where JM Nightlife Group is providing its referral Services. By using the Booze n' Brush website and its booking services you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. No one can touch the entertainer improperly, absolutely no inappropriate touching or behavior is allowed.

You may be allowed to touch with permission of the individual entertainer, and it is completely to the discretion of the entertainer to guide you to what the individual entertainer deems to be appropriate. Examples: legs, stomach, chest, buttocks. No touching of any kinds of genitals, penis/private parts. Booze n' Brush does not provide, and sexual acts or x rated shows. Booze n' Brush, JM Nightlife Group is for amusement only anyone expectation or indicating that they want more forfeits the payments to both our websites referral fees and the dancer/dancer's payment and the party/event is immediately terminated.

TRANSACTIONS AND REFUNDS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL. Once anyone has paid the 50% referral/booking fee they are hereby confirming that they agree to the terms a condition of our "NO REFIND POLICY" If for any reason any person who has paid the 50% booking fee has to cancel an event, they will be forfeiting their booking fee in its entirety. Rescheduling of any kind will result in a $25 rescheduling fee per entertainer if requested within 5 business days of the date of the event. Any rescheduling made in less than 5 business days' time will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. All changes must be done in writing via email. Before changes will be made to any booking, rescheduling fees must be processed and paid in full. When contacting us regarding changes to a reservation please include name, phone number, original booking date, new booking date, and if necessary new address. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON POLICIES.
